Option Financial Services Limited is a licensed money lender in Nigeria providing credit facilities, financial advisory, and technology-enabled lending services. Our digital platforms (web and mobile) are designed to give customers access to fast, reliable, and affordable credit products.

2. Eligibility

To access or use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a Nigerian resident with a verifiable identity (BVN, NIN, or government-issued ID)
• Have an active bank account and mobile number
• Accept these Terms and all applicable policies

3. Services Offered

OFSL provides the following services through its digital platforms:

• Access to personal or SME loans
• Digital onboarding and credit scoring
• Disbursement and repayment processing
• Customer support and complaint management
• Financial education and updates

We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

4. Loan Application & Use

When you apply for a loan:

• You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete
• You authorize OFSL to assess your creditworthiness via credit bureaus and financial partners
• You agree to the loan terms, repayment schedule, and applicable fees outlined in your offer letter
• You undertake to repay the loan according to agreed terms

Misrepresentation or default may result in legal action, negative credit reporting, and recovery proceedings.

5. User Obligations

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login details and secure your account
• Refrain from using the service for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes
• Promptly notify OFSL of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Update your contact details and bank information when they change

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms—including our logo, software, data analytics tools, loan calculator, text, design, and trademarks—are owned by OFSL or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of our content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

OFSL shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage resulting from your reliance on data provided through the platform
• Delay, failure, or interruption of service caused by third-party systems, internet providers, or force majeure
• Any loss incurred from failure to comply with these Terms or the loan agreement

We do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if:

• You breach these Terms or applicable laws
• You provide false or misleading information
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

You may also close your account by submitting a written request, provided no outstanding obligations (loans, fees) are due.

9. Privacy

All personal and financial data collected through our platform is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the appropriate courts within Nigeria.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our platform and effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
